Award Nomination

I've just been informed that I've been nominated for The Prince's Trust Young Ambassador of the Year Award! The awards aren't until November, so I don't think I'll find out the outcome until then.

Art in Action

I had a fantastic time demonstrating at Art in Action this year. Luckily the weather was a vast improvement on previous years! I hope that everyone who came along had a great time.

Creative Leicestershire Bursary Winner

I have been selected as one of the lucky winners of the Creative Leicestershire Development Bursary! This is going to aid me in expanding my product range and invest in some new energy efficient equipment. Watch this space for new stained glass pieces!

The British Craft Trade Fair

Thanks to all who came to see me at the BCTF in Harrogate. I had a great show and met lots of lovely people. Hopefully I shall see you all there again next year, and look out for Duck in a Bucket stockists near you!

24th July - 28th August:  Along with other Design Factory members, I will be showing my work at the Catmose Gallery, Oakham.

31st July - 12th Sep '10: As a new Associate member of Design Factory, I will have some of my one-off pieces on display in the 'Fresh' exhibition at the Beetroot Tree Gallery in Derby.

28th - 29th August '10: Find me at the Bead Fair as part of the International Festival of Glass. The Bead Fair is being held in the Bonded Wearhouse, Stourbridge. Open 10am - 4.30pm.

30th August '10: In addition to the Bead Fair, I will also be selling my work at 'Celebrate Glass', also part of the International Festival of Glass, The Bonded Wearhouse, Stourbridge. Open 10am - 4.30pm.

5th - 6th November '10: Shire Hall Gallery Craft Fair, Stafford.

14th November '10: The Art Maket is a gallery event held in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. Selling high quality hand-crafted works by artists with a variety of discaplines, I will be there all day with my work. Open 10am - 4pm.

6th November '10 - 23rd January '11: Christmas Exhibition at The Bankfield Museum, Halifax.

3rd - 5th April 2011: For any trade interested in becoming a Duck in a Bucket Designs stockist, I will be showing at the British Craft Trade Fair again on stand number 165.

15th April - 17th July: Craft & Design Selected Award Winners Exhibition, Ferrers Gallery, Leicestershire.
