How can I buy from Duck in a Bucket Designs?

Online
Use Duck in a Bucket's online shop to buy your favourite glass and silver pieces.  Simply add your items to the shopping basket, and when you are ready to pay you will be guided through the checkout process.  Payments will be processed securely using PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay this way.  You can use any of the following cards to pay with PayPal: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.

Bank Transfer
You may use a direct bank transfer to pay for your order.  Either telephone or email me with your order and I shall give you the required banking information.

Cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me with the details of your order, and you can post a cheque as payment. Please note that orders will not be shipped until cheques have been cleared.

Shows

How much will postage cost?

UK
All orders will be posted via First Class Royal Mail Delivery for a flat rate of £3.50. This will be added to your order in the checkout process.

Overseas
Delivery is available for orders to Europe at a cost of £6.00 per transaction, and to anywhere outside of Europe at £7.00.  This will be added to your order in the checkout process.

When can I expect to receive my purchases?

As most pieces are made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for the arrival of your UK purchases after payment has cleared, although most orders will arrive before then.
If you would like your order for a certain day (eg. if it's a birthday present) please contact me to see if it's possible to get an early delivery.
If pieces are being delivered outside of the UK, please allow up to 4 weeks.
I will notify you via email to let you know when your order has been shipped.

What if my pieces aren't suitable?

If you decide that your pieces are not suitable, you may return them* within 7 working days of their arrival for an exchange or refund.  Please note that delivery costs cannot be refunded.
Please contact me before returning any pieces.  
*Any returned pieces must be in their original un-worn state.

How are the pieces on this website made?

All work at Duck in a Bucket Designs is handmade by Ema Kelly in the UK.  Please see 'Making' for more information.  All silver work is created from Sterling Silver.
